Job - Manager- Performance Marketing
Location :Bengaluru (2 days of work from the office)
Experience : 4 to 7 years
- Must be okay with the IC role
- 2 Years of Performance Marketing experience
- Must have had some experience or strong knowledge on Digital marketing and influencer marketing
- Hands-on experience working on Ad-s on Facebook and Instagram (Google would be an added advantage)
- Major KPI:
1. Lead Generation and revenue growth
2. Making sure the website is up and running
- Leading the process of making ads and campaigns from start to finish(what the ads should look like, how to run them, and keep track of how well they are doing)
- Managing online marketing programs with CPC(cost per click), CPA(cost per action), and CPM(cost per thousand) models on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and content sites
- Experience handling different Vernacular marketing and Ads on multiple channels (As the business is spread across India)
- Experience in handling Google, Facebook, and Sharechat Ads
- The ideal candidate should have experience in working with vernacular copies, ads, and influencers
- Candidate must have knowledge on SEO
