Hiring for the role of a Performance Marketing Manager

1. Responsible for Performance Marketing Channels - SEM, Display, Remarketing and SEO.

2. Will be responsible for budgeting; planning & implementation of large-scale media spends across channels to meet business objectives. Work with agencies and team to get the media plan implemented. Monitor, measure and analyze the performance across channels for increasing the overall paid marketing efficiency.

Job Responsibilities :

- Developing and delivering a range of performance marketing product, creating & delivering performance marketing strategies, campaign reporting and analysis

- Executing Search campaigns (Google/ Yahoo/ Bing)

- Should be Google Adwords Certified professional (Advanced Search & Display)

- Implementation, Optimization and monitoring of Paid Search & Display campaigns on daily basis

- Supporting the digital team

- Assisting in new business development and pitches (performance and media)

- Develop performance strategies and oversee the translation of these strategies into the final media recommendations/plans

- Drafting paid performance proposals and presentations

- Manage Google relationship for accounts under management

- Manage Facebook campaigns

- Manage Mobile App install campaigns

- Work with publishers and ad networks for performance marketing campaigns

- Liaise with relevant Agency, client and 3rd party teams in the construction of paid performance campaigns

- Develop and manage all components of a paid performance campaign, including keyword portfolio development, creative, landing page optimization, keyword bidding,and maintaining / improving day-to-day campaign spend

- Work closely in sharing and implementing Google Betas/Extensions with clients and work closely with Google on developing the partnership

- Ensuring delivery on performance targets for clients

- Delivery and analysis of weekly performance reports

- Work closely with Digital Managers to identify and deliver performance marketing requirements

- Work closely with performance manager/planners to deliver on campaigns

Profile Requirements:

- Minimum two years of Hands-on SEM, Display and remarketing experience.

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ideal candidate would be required to work on and implement large-scale campaigns and their full-scale optimization on regular basis, well within deadlines.

- Excellent quantitative skills: Ability to optimize campaigns for ROI independently,analyzing trends/ROI and other KPI benchmarks.

- Knowledge-seeker: Incumbent should have strong knowledge and hands on experience of SEM and Digital Marketing and should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities.

- Quick learner: Should be able to quickly understand new features/technology and implement the same.

- Team player & Ownership: Should be a team-player with strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned.

- Strong academic credentials: M.B.A / B.Tech. / B.Sc. / B.A. - Maths/Statistics,

Quantitative background required.
