Manager - Performance Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Are you an experienced performance marketer with strong analytical skills?
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of AdWords (Search, Display) campaigns with goals to increase transactions, new users, acquired via AdWords
- Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across Search, and other facets of paid search in accordance with business goals
- Managing and maintaining large keyword lists
- Improve quality score of ads on google and optimize campaign structure
- Running A/B tests across paid search campaigns & landing pages
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to internal business goals
Qualifications
- A proven track record in Web & Mobile User Acquisition
- You have a background from Edtech/app/mobile/Entertainment industry and specific experiences in some subset of Facebook, Google & Programmatic
- hands-on experience with Facebook marketing (either on Ad Manager or FMP), managing & scaling your own budget, in mobile or E-commerce industry
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize a monthly multi-million dollar acquisition budgets and doing in-house media buying
- Solid experience working with web & mobile tracking
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets (e.g vlookup, pivot etc.)
- A passionate and organized self-starter, who doesn't accept the status quo, but always seeks to improve and automate workflows in order to increase performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - any other language is a plus
