Profile
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Candidate must be able to maximize positive reviews for Company's across channels like Quora, Facebook, Mouthshut, Google and other platforms in the US - Yelp, Trustpilot
- Own end-to-end reputation on Social Media Channels for the company
- Candidate should have 3+ years experience in ORM working on social media
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Understanding of different social media platforms
- Attention to detail and high on rigor
- Ability to resolve queries within a TAT of 30 min
- Cross-functional coordination to solve customer queries
- Excellent MS Office skills and exposure to work on Google docs or G-suite
