Manager - Performance Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Job description
The Growth and Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing all performance marketing campaigns including display advertising, social media advertising, as well as managing and reporting on campaign performance. The role will work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize and scale existing campaigns while also developing new marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital marketing
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads,Programmatic Ads and other advertising platforms
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus
