Exciting Opportunity to work as a Manager - Partnerships & Outreach with a Startup Organization working in the field of Education

Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities :

- Own the relationship with our partners across India

- Provide strategic support to the cross-functional partnerships team to build the marketing opportunity on new partnerships

- Provide seamless and strategic support to partners and maximize brand exposure on their channels and engagement on platforms

- Develop and launch creative partner marketing programs that advance exposure for organization's content or the brand in a way that also benefits our partners

- Collaborate with partner creative and marketing teams to elevate the brand and introduce our content to consumers in unique and unexpected ways

- Drive integration between broader content and brand programs with our strategic partners

- Work closely with the cross functional teams; our business development, marketing, communications and product teams

- Evaluate performance against content and marketing goals with partners through established review rhythm and define corrective actions to improve effectiveness and results

Desired Attributes :

- Extensive knowledge and plus two years of experience in connected industries like Education, Publishing, EdTech, Early Childhood

- Strong experience in marketing with natural partner management and influencing skills.

- Natural partner engagement skills with the ability to develop rapport and translate established partner relationships to programs that impact the business

- Ability to analyze and apply data to business strategy and goals.

- Experience and passion for building great content partner programs that are unique and scalable

- Experience working with the publishing industry is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team, working both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders

- Strong cross-team collaboration skills and ability to promote innovation through a creative collaboration process that transforms different input into one actionable output

- A desire to thrive in our unique culture

- An ability to effectively provide input on creative development from a children's market perspective

- Strong level of independence and efficiency while maintaining a high-degree of organization

- Great communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for sourcing content and managing the local partners including marketing campaigns and relationships with them ranging from publishers to independent authors to other literacy organisations such as HarperCollins, Penguin Random House, Worldreader, Pratham Books, Google etc.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who has experience managing and growing relationships with partners and is passionate about owning the full life cycle of content partnership projects from ideation to execution.
