Job Title: Outside Sales Manager
Job Summary :
The Outside Sales Manager for the Agency Channel in Insurance will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in driving sales through independent insurance agencies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, exercise, and inspire a private insurance agent team to fulfil sales targets.
- Establish and execute a sales strategy to boost sales and market share.
- Maintain relationships with important parties such as independent agents, recipients, and internal departments.
- Coach and advise agents in order to increase profitability and meet the sales objectives.
- Manage gauges of success and report on achievement of goals.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- A minimum of 3 years of field sales and marketing experience is required.
- Excellent management, guidance, and communication skills.
- Experienced capacity to lead a team of sales the experts to success.
- Insurance product experience and methods for selling.
- Effective analytical and the ability to formulate strategic strategies based on consumer behaviour are required.
