Manager - Outside Sales - Insurance (2-9 yrs)

- 2-3 Leader made will have to be made.
- The Team Leader will have to hire an Agent sell Life Insurance through him. This is a field job like any other sales job, which requires you to travel for your assigned geography, ABPs (Agents), LAs and customer's location (as and when required.
- Two year Any sell experience candidate can Apply
Relationship manager responsibilities :
- Recruiting agents and offering consistent training for those who sell insurance.
- Achieving the goals set out and preserving positive relationships with clients and agents
- Achieving mapped middlemen' assigned PMS targets
- Agent tracking, activation, and licensing
- Keeping good communication with the agents and giving them regular product and procedure training
- Acting as a problem solver and proactively resolving concerns and inquiries
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries while keeping organized, methodical records of each meeting.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
