Job Title: Outside Sales Manager - Agency Insurance

Job Summary :

As an Outside Sales Manager for an agency insurance company, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and manage a sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.

- Create and implement effective sales tactics to increase revenue and achieve business goals.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building with prospects.

- Develop and build solid connections with clients by meeting their needs and offering outstanding customer service.

- Monitor and report on sales data to top management, including pipeline and revenue estimates.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as underwriters and operations teams, to ensure that services are delivered smoothly to clients.

- Maintain awareness of industry changes and market conditions, and adjust sales methods as needed.

- Coach and teach sales team members to improve their skills and capabilities.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3+years of experience in field sales or BFSI.

- Proven sales management success, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to establish and maintain strong connections with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Knowledge of insurance products and services.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to travel as needed.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : 3 LPA To 4 LPA + Incentives
