Manager/Officer - Sales - BFS (0-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking to employ a dedicated Sales Manager to drive sales and guide the sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors from open market
- Ensuring the training of agents as per business requirements and achieve business
- Generating and qualifying new leads
- Provide product information to customers
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Business Associate meetings
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly targets
- Promote companies' products via all possible modes
Candidates Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 6 month to 6 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any domain
- Proven sales management experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office
