Role: Manager New Product Development

Role Summary:

- NPD will be responsible for Liaoning cross-functional team of product development, Production planning and manufacturing personnel to develop new products for a rapidly expanding market.

- NPD will collaborate on projects to design, develop, test, and launch products with distinct competitive advantage.

- NPD will drive the creation of technical specifications, design specifications, and system validation plans to meet project deliverables

- NPD will develop communication documents, presentations, and dashboards for communicating the project status to the leadership team

- Production control

- Project Management

- Getting in touch with sales team.

Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities:

- Generate the project scope statement from the preliminary requirements document in collaboration with product development and marketing team members.

- Use project deliverables to develop the work breakdown structure and schedules that then drive the detailed activity/task list.

- Offer conceptual solutions and work closely with the product development team to turn concepts into commercialized products.

- Actively manage the project's Critical Path and critical resources.

- Drive progress and visibility using projects schedules, status at a glance, and quality at a glance.

- Use structured problem solving methodologies to identify root cause and effective corrective counter measures.

- Prepare and present project Milestone review documents to the Leadership team

- Continually monitor project using tools such as FMEA and project risk assessments.
