Manager - New Initiatives/Product Management - EduTech Solution (2-5 yrs)
ROLE DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for a New Initiatives Manager who comes with Product management expertise preferably from Ed-Tech industry.
Top 5 deliverables :
1. Part of sales think tank-Market Research, Competitor Analysis for new program launch/geography expansion
2. Driving New Pilots as POC from sales- Work with Marketing, Tech, Branding, Operations etc to set the program docket
3. Set up the lead flow management for new products
4. Analysis on new product performance
5. Work on Channel partnerships, extended call centres' P&L
Ideal Profile :
1. 2-5 years- experience; exposure to EdTech is advantage not mandatory
2. Well versed with Excel, analytical tools
3. Exposure to product launches, program management
4. Product P&L Management
5. Exposure to Channel Partnerships is an advantage
EXPERIENCE : 3+Years
