Manager - MICE Sales (4-9 yrs)
What will be your role & responsibilities -
- Identifying new corporates / leading the sales process
- Responsible for bringing new MICE business
- Leading and managing a team
- Planning, managing and organising the Group / MICE movements
- Maintaining supplier relations, new vendor acquisitions / contracting, etc.
- Negotiating deals time to time for the betterment of the business
- Keep track of Monthly -Quarterly targets
- Preparing & Maintaining MIS report of the individual & team
- Training, planning, and execution on new strategies/concept with team member
- Managing the hiring process & budget of the team if required
