Key responsibilities

- Lead the strategy and execution of all online demand generation, with a laser-focus on data-driven decisions that generate qualified leads and sales pipeline.

- Own the strategy and roadmap, with top priorities being continual organic traffic growth and increased conversions.

- Define, plan, and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels including organic search, paid search, display/retargeting, paid social, etc. that result in sales qualified opportunities.

- Collaborate with content team to make data-driven decisions on new content ideas; how to distribute and promote content, and how to use existing content differently and more effectively - all with the goal of opportunity creation.

- Drive compelling lead acquisition experiences through A/B testing and constant experimentation and improvement.

- Function as both a leader and doer, owning both strategic objectives and hands-on execution.

- Track and report on performance metrics real-time (traffic, leads, MQLs, SQLs, SQOs, pipeline, revenue), using this data to continually optimize our digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications :

- improving conversion metrics, driving marketing qualified leads, and sourcing pipeline through digital channels - and you've had a hand in this in prior roles.

- hands-on experience working with a Google Analytics, a CMS, and marketing automation - and maybe you've even dabbled in HTML/CSS and/or web development

- willing to experiment and try new things - all in the name of driving leads and revenue.

- analyse the performance of past efforts to improve future ones.

- have 4-7 years of digital marketing and demand generation experience for a B2B or SaaS company.
