- Identify and engage potential clients to promote Online Instruments' products and solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to understand product specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices.
MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the AV or technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic personality with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
