Manager - Marketing & Sales - IT (3-6 yrs)

We are looking for Marketing Manager with 3-6 years for our esteemed client for NCR Location

Key Skills: End-to-End Sales, Marketing Experience in IT, GTM, Hard core sales, prospect profiling, market research, devising strategy

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for generation of business in the assigned vertical from existing accounts and generation of new accounts.

- Should be able to translate the organizational business objectives into strategy and action plan with a focus on sales volume generation and profitability.

- Responsible for meeting the organization's sales targets through effective planning and budgeting.

- He/she is the one who sets the targets for the sales executives and other sales representatives. A sales manager must ensure the targets are realistic and achievable.

- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.

- Consistent track record of success in closing business and creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities.

- To manage our marketing activities such as devising GTM, prospect profiling, market research, database usage, devising strategy, first touch to customers etc.

- You take care of the creative development and publication of a wide range of Product-related marketing material from writing blog posts, thought leadership pieces, case studies, conducting webinars to conveying our product specs to our customers and partners.

- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones

- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support

Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):

- Should have min 3 Years to 6 years of Sales experience in IT Services selling in consulting environment

- Experience for Managing end-to-end Sales

- Hard core salesperson, who can achieve the assigned targets.

- Marketing Experience in IT with 3 Years to 6 Years of experience

- Creation and execute end to end marketing campaigns to position our solutions for our customers and partners worldwide.

- Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and help drive business.
