Experience
1. 5-7 years of experience in Marketing
2. At least 3 years of experience in Brand Management and Demand Generation
3. Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of Digital Marketing - Adwords, Google Analytics, SEO, ASO, Social Media Marketing
4. Demonstrated experience in going through a full ATL and TTL Marketing campaign execution cycle
5. Experience in Marketing a SaaS product (not as part of an Agency, but as part of the product's in-house team) is a plus
6. Detail Orientation, High Bias for Action & Self Awareness
7. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Qualification - Bachelor's degree from any well-known university. B. Tech is Preferred
- MBA in Marketing would be given preference (Can be substituted by requisite experience)
Location Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities / Profile Details
- Strategizing and leading the implementation of demand generation & brand awareness campaigns across various channels (offline & digital)
- Coordinating and socializing with content, design, sales and broader organization
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns to optimize marketing activities
- Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of clients
- Managing ADDA brand, marketing collaterals & content across the web, social media, offline media, etc
- Building brand advocates & driving organic referrals.
- Responsible for the effective and efficient management of assigned brand budgets. Including budget allocations and monitoring budget utilization
