Manager - Marketing - Retail/FMCD (10-15 yrs)

 Candidate should have experience in the Retail, CPG space and experience in e-commerce is a good to have.

Marketing and strategy responsibilities:

- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends for appropriate positioning

- Build market strategy and position organization to successfully achieve its market goals

- Build marketing programs to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

- Design and run a mix of programs, not limited to online marketing, tradeshows, newsletters, inside sales, to communicate the marketing message

- Work closely with colleagues and other internal teams on across business opportunities,

marketing materials and cause studies

- Forecast and achieve revenue goals through a mix of short and long term sales and marketing programs

Preferred candidate :

- Must have B2B Marketing experience

- Should have 10-15 years of business development experience in the NA market, with exposure to EU markets

- Should have worked with and have strangle relationships with enterprise clients in the eRetail, offline retail and CPG Verticals

- Should have a good selling background in technologies like Hybrid, Magento, Demandware or in Retail Technologies. A Sound Knowledge of eRetail Operations would be an added advantage

- Should have a strategic bent of mind, with the ability to pull insights out of data and have

focused actionable bent of mind

- Excellent communication skills

- Will primarily be located in Mumbai HQ, but likely to have to do frequent travels to EU & NAmarket

- Flexible to support across time zones as this is a global role
