Position:- Marketing Manager

Salary:- Upto 8 lakhs p.a

Location: Nagpur

Job Summary:

- Creating Marketing Calendar for marketing activities.

- Understanding our Organization culture and maintaining Company image.

- Collecting and evaluating customer feedback data to enhance the customer experience and optimize conversions.

- Planning and implementing Promotional activities at stores.

- Ensuring marketing strategy is inline with company objectives.

- Working with advertising agencies to design effective creative while adhering to guidelines

- Must have a sound knowledge of various communication and marketing techniques

- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.

- Understanding and evaluating all marketing metrics as mentioned in the KPIs.

- Identify, interpret and capitalize on marketing trends.

- Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Coordinating digital efforts with regards to search and display/banner campaigns and affiliate marketing efforts to drive online sales.

- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Instagram.

- Utilize - Facebook's Analytics Tool- to get the right Facebook Insights.

- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email,social media and display advertising.

- Maintaining database hygiene and using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to run campaigns.

- Measuring ROI and impact of such campaigns

- Exploring new media opportunities like Blogs, YouTube Channel etc.
