Manager - Marketing - Restaurant (3-6 yrs)
- Procure new and repeat business through promotions, events etc.
- Create and manage sales initiatives to maximize revenues through effective brand development, new product development, menu development and promotional activation.
- Provide commercial analysis and recommendations for all promotional activation.
- Work with head of Brand Operations to develop an annual sales and marketing plan, along with venue specific local area marketing plans and weekly promotional activity.
- Develop local annual marketing plan, budgets and brand calendar along AVP Marketing, for brand under your purview including event calendar, with detailed activities to follow during the year.
- Develop the identified marketing initiatives for each of the brand based on promotional strategies and market research.
- Ensure brand recall is monitored in all cities.
- Evaluate and track customer research, customer feedback, market conditions, religious festivals, feedback from guest and competitor data.
- Preparation and sending out of all promotional emails, newsletters and SMS's.
- Add value to the standards of collateral and communication.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Monitor sales activities for Sales Managers to ensure they meet the goals of the Revenue Plan.
- Develop new marketing initiatives and promotional strategies based on the market research done.
- Evaluate and track customer research, customer feedback, market conditions, religious festivals, entry door feedback from guest and competitor data.
- Preparation and sending out of all promotional emails, newsletters and SMS's.
- Oversee event management and execution of related activities.
- Oversees post-event evaluation (including analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).
- Track ROIs for regular band nights and spike events.
- Selection process of bands (coordination with GMS and SM Managers) for each city based on various criteria.
