Brief job description :
- Act as a brand focal point for the given project locations.
- Developing and executing marketing programs for acquisition of new customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for marketing support.
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing material.
- Train/educate staff on effective use of marketing materials
- Managing the MIS
- Analysis of data on customer enquiries, sales movement & competition mapping.
- Identify and develop relationships with vendors & suppliers
Educational/professional :
Qualification required :
- MBA : Marketing
- Prior work experience with a real estate company mandatory, either with a developer or an ad agency having real estate clients
Soft skills/competencies :
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Experience in consumer understanding, competition survey, future development in addition to tactical changes in existing plans
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
