Manager - Marketing - Real Estate (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for Marketing manager working in real estate. The manager should be proactive in using a mixture of negotiation, marketing, team building and sales skills to maximise profits through developing sales strategies.
Job description:
1) Consulting clients about project requirements.
2) Ability to manage group of sales executives and formulating strategies.
3) Supervising staff.
4) Monitoring and chasing work progress.
5) Writing reports.
6) Analysing, interpreting and presenting results
7) Delivering ideas and final products to clients for review
8) Financial administration
9) Delivering presentations
