The Job :
In this role, you will be building marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across multiple channels and segments and leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish. You will also oversee all Trade Marketing initiatives as well as ATL/BTL activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Evaluating the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objective
- Partnering with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Owning and growing all brand channels, website, social media and e-commerce, as well as retail brand store and deliver on decided metrics
- Managing brand-building campaigns, celebrity engagement, influencers and build from concept to execution with key focus on measurements and outcomes
- Managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Working effectively and efficiently in cross functional capacities with both internal and external teams
The Profile :
- You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing & brand management, preferably in-house.
- You have demonstrated ability of successfully managing teams
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have initiative and keen ability to adapt to change and is highly collaborative
- You have strong problem solving and analytical skills with high emotional intelligence and maturity
- You have strong sense of ownership, are highly action driven and outcome oriented
- You are orientated towards innovation and scale.
- You have the ability to hustle and make things happen
