we are looking for Marketing Manager with Payroll Background

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for overall marketing and profitable growth of the business.

- Collaborate with the marketing and operation heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.

- Develop marketing strategy and annual plan to meet the business priorities and support the growth of the organization.

- Implement programs effective for enhancing sales and marketing performance.

- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.

- Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.

- Compile, analyze and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.

- Prepare and present quarterly budgets/sales forecast.

- Communicate with potential customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate service/packages that meet their requirement.

- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.

- Strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers/ clients regarding inquiries on product features, pricing, quotes, issues/concerns if any.

Reporting Authority: Reports to Business head on monthly basis.

Qualification:Post Graduate, MBA preferred

Experience:5 to 8 years
