Manager - Marketing Operations/Sales - Pharma (8-10 yrs)
The Operations / Marketing Manager role is for someone who will own the operations and sales of the entire city. We are looking for a seasoned operations manager who has experience in dealing with people, building supply, and managing a large team. Candidates for this role need a deep understanding in setting processes for day-to-day operations and having the ability to learn from and with our key stake holders.
As part of your role, we would be expecting you to:
- As self-driven, motivated individuals who believe in taking ownership instead
- Set processes for each city and ensure they are being followed at the customer facing level.
- Be available 24/7 to handle any queries from the City Manager
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
- Helping the city manager build supply of doctors and hospitals and growing the Medfin network

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- MBA degree with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in operations and sales
- Penchant for numbers; Attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management including Senior leadership
- Ability to influence without authority and bias for action
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills
- Be a self-starter
- Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
