Manager - Marketing Operations - Advertising Firm (3-5 yrs)

- Graduate in media or marketing

- 3-5 years of experience handling operations in India with deep knowledge and networks in industry

- Experience of BTL and experiential marketing activations across different cities in India

- Coordinate projects and determine the best on ground strategies for brand activation

- Partner with relevant vendors, agencies to execute the on ground activation campaigns

- Work with operations head and client servicing team to deliver timely on ground activations and creating necessary reports of the same

- Delivering campaigns on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.

- Procure permissions and volunteer teams across different activation to execute the campaigns

- Knowledge of Indian youth industry - colleges and brands

- Ability to create, train and engage on ground resources across different cities and colleges for campaigns

- Creates innovative campaigns for the community to grow and establishing an aspirational value with it

- Ability to assess risks and targets across different channels and mediums of operation

- Identify and associate with different strategic partners to drive operations

- Competency of being responsible of project budgets from start to end managing supplier relationships

- Handle major accounts of Grapevine thus managing a portfolio of about 5-7 Cr business

- Opportunities to get insights and data of the largest, most valuable population audience in India

- Access to 50+ cities and 2000+ college networks across India

- Work with a young and a vibrant team across cities

- Lead projects for Grapevine across operations across different colleges and cities
