Job Description
Role Name : COE New Products, Marketing HO
Team : Marketing
Reporting to : Associate Director Marketing, Emerging Markets
Context : Work in close coordination with CoE, Medical team, portfolio and country teamsfor New Product ideation, commercial viability and analysis of product launches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identification of potential New Products TA analysis at global level, Global and local competitors scanning, Global TA pipeline analysis, analyze commercial viability and recommend potential products to be developed.
2. Work closely with medical, portfolio team in PSC, Pre-Apex meetings and share key therapy analysis to aid decisions and build business cases for identified products.
3. For products developed internally - Deliver a detailed business case for the new product ideas to enable decision making in Apex meeting.
4. Work closely with country teams and portfolio to identify and plug the therapy gaps from the internal pipeline or through activation of a BD opportunity.
5. Develop a performance matrix /KPIs, create dashboards on KPIs for key Products and provide periodic takeaways / analysis to teams.
6. Responsible to create unique brand names for the Rx New Product launches.
7. Develop disease maps and patient journeys for the country and guide the country in market estimation, conducting primary research and commercial evaluation.
