Manager - Marketing - Life Insurance (1-4 yrs)
- The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for our life insurance products.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and their needs.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to attract and engage potential customers.
- Work with sales team to develop and implement lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Track and measure the results of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the life insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Age : 21 to 45
