We- re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is hungry to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience in branding, developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing all communications. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Overall a - DO IT ALL- approach.

Objectives of this Role :

- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments like Education, Enterprise, ITES etc

- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

- Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.


Job Responsibilities :

- Working in partnership with the Apple marketing team and vendor creative teams, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets

- Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels

- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support

- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads

- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimise accordingly

- He/She may also be required to write blog posts, edit ad copy, craft marketing collateral materials, or work to improve SEO rankings by writing meta descriptions.

- Heavily involved in planning and producing events. These can range from massive product launches and conferences, campus events, webinars etc

- Overseeing, Planning, executing all branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

- Submit Quarterly Budget ask and Post event execution documents for execution of DG/event etc to Apple/Disti marketing team.

- Preparing effective and elegant Presentations Quarterly and annually for reviews with Apple Management team.

- Preparing and presenting companies quarterly and annual reports to management and Vendor teams(Apple Team mainly)

- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn

- Good knowledge of website analytics tools

- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on different platforms

- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

- Powerful writing and PowerPoint skills ( Use of Mac & Keynote knowledge can add further points for candidate )

- Project management skills

- Fluent in English.

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.

- Prominent organisation and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :
 
- Master's degree a plus

- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

- Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
