Marketing Manager


Job Profile :


- You will be responsible for clearly communicating the - why, what and when- to the marketplace. You will be working closely with different departments, including the Product sales and marketing, the development, the IT and Finance team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop marketing implementation strategies and carry-out marketing initiatives to support rapid sales growth.

- Lead creative efforts towards lunching products such as writing, designing, managing and updating marketing collateral including producing articles, brochure, presentations, datasheets, press releases, newsletters, website, etc. and organise distribution of the same. It also includes designing company latter head, business cards etc.

- Develop new advertising material and execute campaign plan.

- Plan, organise and execute company participation in marketing strategy, for Industries trade shows, conference and events.

- Create social media communication strategy and implement action to increase brand awareness and support overarching marketing campaigns and objectives thorough social media platform,

- Engage in market research and analytics to capture industry trends, project pipeline, potential leads, and direct competitor analysis and apply intel to marketing strategies

- Maintain marketing collateral, branded merchandising, advertising and media files. Create digital marketing strategies, including e-mail blasts, website updates, e-mail signature messaging, social media and advertisements to enact real-time campaigns.

- Product messaging: Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company's distinctive competence & the product's uniqueness

Product launch: Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

- Market intelligence: Conduct market research and competitive bench marking to arrive at viable concepts and to develop the core positioning.

- Go to market campaigns: Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products

Requirements:

Qualification: M.B.A in Marketing, Bachelor's degree in engineering.

Experience:


- 5 to 10 years of experience in product marketing or Product management or related field (B2B software preferably). Design experience a plus.

- At least 2 years of experience in Solar industries Marketing.

- Strategic thinker with attention to detail

- Effective at interacting with a wide range of audiences including sales and product management

- Effective problem solver with strong business acumen, creativity, and analytical skills
