Marketing Manager


- Maintain and provide strength to company's brand position in market.

- Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives. Interact with regional marketing teams to develop and supervise regional marketing budget & Activities.

- Experience in marketing (BTL, Trade marketing) Lead the development of activities, Drives, monitors and supports execution of all marketing activities

- Understand branding guidelines and ensure accurate implementation of brand identify in all marketing initiatives undertaken.

- Coordinate with vendors to customize brand creatives to local requirements while ensuring alignment to Corporate guidelines

- Negotiation with vendors for printing of POS materials and for the BTL activities.

- Plan & drive execution of the BTL marketing activities by Channel partner teams including event tie-ups, dealer and retailer promotions and other visibility initiatives.

- Experience in working with the interior or decor industry

- Work closely with Regional marketing teams to plan and execute new product launches

- To Coordinate with creative agencies and printing houses for packaging and POSM development for existing & new products

- To Plan and drive seminars, BTL activities and product display to increase brand awareness and product reach.

- To Monitor marketing trends and analysed competition on its consumer & trade support.

- To ensure greater brand visibility and create higher brand recall.

- Develops a strategy for the brand in alignment with the corporate plans and overall marketing plans.

- Keeps track of all brand related expenditures vis-a-vis budgets.

- Plans and ensures required marketing support for brand in terms of advertising, promotion, product display, schemes etc in co-ordination with sales team. Competition analysis to understand the new trends in the market.

- Formulate and execute Trade Marketing Strategies to attain defined business objectives.

- Manage Visual Merchandising team for effective deployment of POSM across India.

- Evaluate each marketing activities to deliver quality and consistent business results.

- Enhancing brand visibility at point-of-sale, product display, in-shops, GSBs, OOH etc.

- Managing Exhibitions, Road-shows, Melas, Product Launches, Dealer meets etc.

- Responsible for driving BTL marketing campaigns, activations. Procurement of POSM, promotional Gifts etc.
