Job Description :
Your key responsibilities include :
- Conceptualize and ensure execution of outbound demand generation campaigns.
- Manage a team of inside sales executives to ensure execution of multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns that generate high-quality leads as well as nurture our existing database of leads.
- Work with the strategic marketing and digital marketing teams to drive integrated campaigns that enable better outcomes.
- Ensure the team follows-up with their sales counterparts to get feedback on campaigns, track opportunity conversions and downstream business closures.
- Continuously improve operational processes and ensure the list is up-to date enabling better transparency, analysis and reporting.
- Ensure continuity and growth of the team by recruitment, training, mentoring, reviewing, and leading.
About Skills & Competencies :
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 2+ years of experience performing inside sales roles in the B2B industry and comfortable with working across shifts.
- Experience of managing mid-sized inside sales teams comprising 5 to 10 members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile and deadline-driven environment.
- Excited to play with data - analyzing performance metrics for different inside-sales campaigns.
- Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environment.
