- Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Training, Directing, Reporting, Budgeting of the department.
- Competitive analysis and formulation of strategies to meet the competitive challenge.
- To build the image of the Hospital with Public Sector & Corporate Houses as multi super specialty Hospital,
- Keeping the clientele informed about the development of facilities in the Hospital.
- Design and Promote health check ups scheme and immunization programmes with the empanelled organization.
- Maintain up to date literature/material for marketing / promotional activities at Reception counter and at other prominent places in the Hospital.
- Assist Institute with latest marketing / promotional strategies for total business development.
- Organise proper medical care of empanelled organisations and obtain feedback on the treatment extended.
