Job Description :

We have an urgent opening with one of our Client for the position of Marketing Manager

Main responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Marketing strategies.

- Identifying new Market opportunities and acquiring the business from established brands.

- Understand the pricing requirements of potential customers and negotiate accordingly.

- Coordination of the critical path from sampling to production and delivery.

- Budgeting, business projections, costing analysis across markets, production and planning of orders.

- Building business based on the company's core competence with emphasis on the dynamic sales model of direct customer and agent based business.

- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchase.

- Developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations and establishing tie-ups
for business development.

- Identifying and visiting international trade shows every season to develop new business and study the general market conditions and trends.

- Analyze production planning forecast to understand future business requirements of the company.

- Travel extensively and meet with existing and potential customers regularly.

- Keeping a close watch on market trends and information.

- Set team targets and monitor their performance.

- Confirming bulk orders for the optimum price.
