Marketing Manager for an FnB Brand


- Hiring Marketing Manager - E-commerce for an FnB Brand which has grown into six cities with seven outlets and its has also entered the D2C space this year with chef-made pastes, sauces, condiments and snacks.

About the role :

In this role, you will lead the marketing effort for the growing e-commerce vertical. Facets of the role include :

- Drive the expansion of the e-commerce vertical on the current online store and marketplaces

- Work with Digital Media/Performance Agencies to publish effective advertising campaigns, keeping track of CAC, ROAS, ROI and other key metrics

- Support offline placements in retail stores to boost on-ground visibility & sales

- Independently come up with ideas that help achieve brand, marketing & sales goals

- Develop the e-commerce marketing strategy & plans (quarterly/half-yearly)

- Create the budget for the marketing plan (partner agency fees, shoots, creative freelancers)

- Constantly measure the return of investment on marketing expenditures

- Work with the PR partner on product launches, influencer collaborations and more

- Develop relationships with key influencers & journalists on behalf of the brand

- Develop & execute exciting brand collaborations with relevant brands and publishers

- Evaluate event marketing opportunities and oversee execution

- Represent the company and senior management at events & meetings

- Work closely with operations & customer service personnel to improve the brand experience

- Manage all in-house and freelance marketing talent and align internal & external teams to achieve brand goals

- Present monthly updates & quarterly/half-yearly reports to the rest of the leadership team, explaining the impact and results of all marketing and branding efforts

Requirements :

- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in the e-commerce/D2C sector

- Previous experience in FMCG, and F&B categories are a bonus

- Previous experience in managing people & teams

- An agile team player, flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

- Good at setting up processes & organizing the team to achieve project completion

- A great listener, respectful to all people, whatever their background
