Job Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing a team, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

- Ideate, manage and execute campaigns on social media platforms(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, twitter).

- Ensure brand coherence and strict adherence to brand guidelines on such platforms.

- Drive engagement across Newton School of Technology social media pages

- Establish KPIs for measuring content performance and report at a weekly and monthly cadence.

- Create low-touch programs to promote content across channels, with a key emphasis on social media channels.

- Understand the impact of content on overall customer engagement and prioritize accordingly.

- Responsible for managing ORM (online reputation management) of the site.

- Responsible for lead generation through social media platforms.

Required skills :

- Minimum 3-5 yrs of experience working as a Marketing Manager or similar role.

- Solid and ongoing understanding of appropriate third party tools, and ability to integrate these tools

- Impressive client communication skills, written and verbal - appropriate to level of recipient understands

- Proficiency in many social media platforms

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Strong digital marketing experience would be preferred
