Manager - Marketing - Education (10-12 yrs)
1. Carrying out Brand building and Brand Positioning activities
2. Review of current company's strategy and Set up Revised Mid-term, and long-term plan.
3. Planning and implementation of various marketing related activities to support business development and new FC and Student leads
4. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media), exhibitions and promotional events
4. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
5. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.) Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
6. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance and Tracking of various marketing activities to achieve better ROI
7. Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals and Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press release)
8. Stay up-to-date with digital media developments and Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
9. Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
10. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
11. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Knowledge & Skills :
1. 10+ years of experience in Marketing Department in any industry
2. MBA (Marketing) Male candidate
3. Excellent command and Fully fluent in English and Hindi Language
4. Experienced in Advertising with TV, Newspaper, Magazine and etc.
5. Computer literate in a variety of packages including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
