Role And Responsibilities :
- Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and develop action plans to optimize performance and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage and oversee the ecommerce platform, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance meet or exceed industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless integration and alignment of ecommerce initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the ecommerce landscape.
- Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Prepare and present regular reports and insights on ecommerce performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management.
Eligibility criteria and Exposure required :
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ecommerce performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- Proficiency in ecommerce analytics tools, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications.
