Role Requirements :

- Lead and manage end-to-end performance marketing, contributing to D2C growth and brand building

- Develop and execute device media plan strategies across Google and Facebook

- Manage and coordinate end-to-end digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, CRM, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing

- Drive brand growth and sales by strategically growing brand presence on key marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, and Flipkart etc.

- Strategize promo and product combo designs, conduct price point and product category analysis, and focus on AOV growth improvement, new user acquisition, and CAC optimization

- Establish strategic partnerships and execute cross-promotion activities to maximize brand benefits and drive promotion-based campaigns across voucher partner channels

- Track sales, customer trends, monthly P&L and budgets, and contribution margin, analyze campaign data and metrics regularly to measure performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for enhancement.

- Organize marketing and PR events, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and strategic alliances with influencers/bloggers.

- Identify challenges in focus areas and provide weekly and monthly reporting/presentation to senior management Manage agency relationships and ensure strong performance and timely deliverables implementation of media plans, creatives, and artworks.
