Manager - Marketing/Content Marketing/Brand Management (2-5 yrs)

Role & Responsibility :

- Interact with relevant internal departments, coordinate and support in content creation for internal newsletters, ensure content and design are in line with corporate image and provide support on any key internal communication to employees by any function.

- Work with stakeholders on understating their requirements/ identify the scope and design creative & insightful communication solutions using prevalent best practices.

- Create communication campaigns on various Business and HR initiatives including but not limited to employer branding, learning & development, contests etc.

- Assist senior leadership in communication/ content strategy for the organization. Work with management to develop an internal/ external communication plan. Create posts based on communication with management.

- Develop various marketing collaterals as and when required by coordinating with management.

- Support the Corp HR, Talent Management Group & Corporate Recruitment Teams by providing employee communications collateral and recruitment materials.

- Create, write and edit various communication tools, including printed and online publications, intranet & internal social media (Yammer) communications, employee meetings and events, videos and announcements that foster open communication throughout the organization.

- Take care of internal branding and development of brand merchandize based on internal guidelines.

- Undertake and monitor Digital Marketing initiatives to build an effective internal and external brand in line with company policies and processes and branding guidelines.

- Project manage all internal marketing initiatives via production schedules and timelines.

- Coordinate all internal brand public relations efforts, special events and contests.

- Come up with creative ideas and work with our graphic designer in ensuring deliverables are meeting expected quality from creative and business expectation standpoint.
