Leading Hospitality Group requires Manager( Marketing communication) - Rishikesh

- One of client leading Hospitality grown which owns Amusement parks, Restaurants, and adventure parks set up operating across cities . It also own an operate India's first live entertainment, theatre and leisure destination in Gurgaon, Haryana

- It owns an adventure park which is the ultimate entertainment and leisure destination, sprawling across acres of land, ideally located at the apex of the golden triangle of Jaipur, Agra and Delhi, Here, the carnival that is India is distilled into one iconic destination. This fabulous Kingdom brings to life a blend of India's art, culture, heritage, craft, cuisine and performing art- all with the technological wizardry of today.

We are looking for Manager ( Marketing communication) for its Adventure Park at Shivpuri in Rishikesh

The details are as follows :

I) Client : Leading Hospitality group & Entertainment company

II) Position : Manager ( Mktg & Communication)

III) Experience : Over 5 years in Marketing communication role with a reputed hospitality/hotel/similar industry

Job Role Vision :

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for leading the marketing and sales team, to deliver the companies marketing plan in line with brand values and business strategy. 


- Responsible for driving the commercial objectives of the business, maximising revenue and customer satisfaction. 


- Work on pre-opening strategy of one of the companies latest ventures "Adventure Park", to generate awareness and excitement in the market, and continue the momentum through opening and beyond.

Key Objectives :

- Plan and deliver the marketing plan across all disciplines.

- In line with the Marketing Brand strategy, plan and execute the on-going annual marketing plan for the new venture to achieve volume and Spend Per Head/Average Ticket Price through consumer and trade sales channels.

- Identify audience insight and increase market share across key audiences to drive visits and maximise opportunity for repeat visits through effective guest experience, annual pass sales, upsells and product development.

- Plan and ensure effective delivery of site PR, promotions, advertising, online, direct marketing, digital and Trade Sales plan in line with target audience, measured ROI and overall Attraction brand plan.

- Work with Central Marketing /Brand Manager to ensure all activity is completed in line with overall brand guidelines and other Attractions activity to ensure consistent brand identity.

- Work with General Manager and Finance Manager to determine monthly forecasts for annual admissions, yield and revenue budget across all channels and review on a regular basis in line with attraction performance.

- Work alongside the Operations Manager to support in-attraction spends in line with marketing activity and maximise guest satisfaction scores.

- Provide effective marketing reports to General Manager and Leadership team detailing marketing activity, effectiveness and ROI.

- Management of PR, Advertisement, Web, E-mailng, Graphic and Media Planning and Buying agencies motivating and setting their objectives as well as leadership of monthly status meetings

- Drive online sales through a strong CRM plan in addition to online activity and work with digital team to maximise efficiency of website from traffic to conversion.

- Act as the main point of contact for large volume travel trade, groups and school leaders

- Build strong relationships within the travel trade and hospitality industry (e.g. concierges and tour operators)

- Work with national trade sales team to implements third party ticket sellers, non-traditional sales channels and promotions

- Attend or assign local and/or national conferences or sales missions where relevant

- Focus on the overarching/big picture strategy for marketing, PR and sales

Main Responsibilities :

- Maximise channel strategy to deliver most cost efficient route to market in line with overall sales and marketing strategy.

- Drive repeat visits through effective product offering in line with CAPEX budgets and a calendar of events, focus on annual pass sales and repeat visit incentive/communication.

- Identify, secure and execute highly visible sales promotions with third party brand partners and combine ticket packages/partner attraction promotional activity.

- Understand target customer profiles and increase the market share of visitation within individuals, schools and groups markets across both midweek and weekend trading periods.

- Attend relevant Network events, build relationships with key partners and maximise awareness of competitor market activity.

- Deliver proven cut through on all PR activity and ascertain PR coverage against change in visitor number sand audience profile.

- Oversee the control of the marketing budget and report monthly to the GM Operations and at monthly business reviews.
