We are looking for a Marketing Operations Lead, who will be responsible for managing a team of marketing operations associates; to drive the marketing campaigns to reach the target audience - on various digital and social media platforms. He/She will anchor the marketing function at GSTHero and drive its success.
What you will do:
Below will the day-to-day activities you will be involved in:
- Lead, execute, track and optimize digital marketing including email campaigns, social media marketing, online event marketing, driving registrations (paid and free) and experiential marketing campaigns, managing paid Ads
- Manage GSTHero's social media handles and calendarize events/posting
- Use marketing tools for lead management, email sending and tracking, whatsapp and SMS, etc.
- Manage, track and create reports from CRM, and other marketing tools.
- Monitor, Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Work in conjunction with the Sales and SDR team to create a brand experience for both existing customers and prospective clients.
- Manage the marketing database (customers and prospects) end to end
- Manage and allocate tasks and lead a team members of 3 to 5 people
- Manage the marketing budget
- Reach out to CFOs, Tax Heads, Finance Managers etc and engage them via campaigns
