Manager - Marketing - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Directly works with top management of the organization to develop marketing initiatives, strategies, and programmes.
- Provides direction and leadership for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization's strategic marketing plan.
- Layouts, copy, and printing control are all done for printed promotional materials like brochures, flyers, programme guides, and catalogues.
- Establishes and executes the organization's short- and long-term marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. It also evaluates the effectiveness of programmes and makes the required adjustments.
- The promotional special events that are sponsored include open houses, book signings, charity events, press conferences, banquets, exhibits, product or service fairs, and sporting events, to name just a few.
- Establishes and maintains a labour structure to support the marketing
