Manager - Marketing (5-7 yrs)
Marketing Manager
Responsibilities :
- Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customers.
- Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including print advertisements, brochures, direct mail, outdoor signage and promotional events
- Collaborate with creative agencies, printers, and other vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with brand standards
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify offline and online marketing opportunities and consumer preferences
- Manage the offline marketing budget, track expenses, and implement plans in a costeffective manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to both online &offline marketing and real estate advertising.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) in offline & online marketing, advertising, or brand management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Actively involved in end-to-end execution of offline and online marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of print production processes, media planning, and advertising regulations
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools to assess campaign performance
