Position : Marketing Manager

Location : Goa
Key Responsibilities :
- Craft strategies for marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Leading collaboration, building up, and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders amongst clients, partners, and businesses.
- Analyzing results of advertisement campaigns.
Skills Required :
- Proven experience in clean cooking sector.
- Knowledge regarding clean cooking stoves & implementation at rural level.
- Need to have understanding of how to approach new customers and how to close deals.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to nurture and build a pool of talent.
- Ability to think out of the box
- Ability to get the best of the team
