Manager - Marketing (2-11 yrs)
Job Description :
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Manage three different teams, focused on Lead Enrichment, Lead Reassignment, and Lead Prospecting
- Help team leaders establish measure daily goals for each team member
- Work with each team leader to forecast hiring needs well in advance, in order to account for attrition and handle lead growth
- Provide requirements to Marketing Analytics team to build the exact reports needed to run our Lean Operations Team
- Partner with Marketing Strategy team to design, launch and measure tests related to leads
- Partner with other departments, including management team to improve day-to-day operations, Go To Market alignment, and execute on long-term roadmap
- Design, document and share career path options for within team, and also outside of team.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Manage the ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Leading the team.
Marketing Manager Qualifications and skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Experience in leadership sales position
- Track record of superior performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
