We're hiring a Marketing Manager for our client.

Qualification: Graduate (Preferably in Marketing)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Work type: Work from office

Working days: 6 days a week

Roles and responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in real estate marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics

- Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including content, graphics, and promotional materials.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into marketing strategies.

- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.

- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

Desired candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.

- Should be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.

- Experience in [a specific industry or market segment] is a plus.
