The Job

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our client's company's clients. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, acting as their advocate within the organization and ensuring their needs are met. Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, revenue growth, and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing new clients when finalized for delivery during the upcoming month (Primary)

- Taking customer's requirements and forwarding it to Developers in a clear Word document

- Liaising with the client as per the developer's requirements as well.

- Delivery of demo URL and compiling the list of changes.

- Communicate and cross-check the changes with the Developers.

- Management of Pending Live Clients (Primary).

- Complete the settlement process.

- Onboarding Metaweb clients (Primary)

- Onboarding clients (document check and confirmation of mandatory primary aspects of the contract)

- Taking Incoming Calls (Primary)

- Verifying the client and then addressing their query. Liaising with the concerned team in accordance with the query.

- Management of Old (previously delivered) Clients (Secondary)

- Evaluate client changes (within scope of contract)

- Quote charges for additions and changes (beyond scope of contract)

- Communicate changes with Developers

- Quality check and deliver to the client

- Client feedback on changes

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Telecommunications.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering ANZ and India.

- You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.

- You have strong presence of mind and analytical skills.

- You are a multitasker.
