Manager - Key Accounts Management - eCommerce (3-6 yrs)

Key Account Manager (Beauty platforms based. Candidate should have worked on online marketplaces like Nykaa, Myntraa, TataCliq etc.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist in handling end to end E-commerce.

- On-boarding on e-com marketplaces

- Create, manage and optimize product listing on marketplaces.

- Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, promotional strategies, and actionable insights from weekly competition analysis P&L responsibility with ownership to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc.) on marketplaces.

- Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs at all marketplaces.

- Research and identify new marketplaces.

- P&L responsibility for growing business on all marketplaces.

- Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of successful sales and/or business development experience, preferably in the Personal Care Category.

- Demonstrated success in exceeding marketing/business development/sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

- Highly analytical.

- Ability to deal with high work pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong team player with proven ability to work harmoniously.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
