Manager - Key Account Management - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- Must have strong relation with accounts to deliver NPI listing targets
- Achievement of business targets for assigned accounts/channels/brands
- Periodic review & update of business progress
- Key Account Management
- Build & maintain long term relation with key customers
- Negotiation & closure of TOTs & JBPs
- Assortment & Promotion planning
- Drive market intelligence to identify market trends, customer preferences and competition activities to build and implement sales strategy
- Explore & on-board new accounts
- Assist in maintaining financial hygiene [collection, reconciliation, claims etc]
- Ensure dominant visibility (TOT and unpaid)
- Cross-functional Working
- Actively participate in Forecasting process to improve forecasting accuracy
- Work on MIS and with Dispatch team for operational excellence
